Summary
KINDL-R is a generic instrument for assessing Health-Related Quality of Life in children and adolescents aged 3 years and older. Three different versions of the instrument suitable for different age groups and developmental stages are provided. Parent/proxy versions are also available. Items are scored based on frequency (never to all the time).
